Terms of Service

This website is provided by Christmas Toy Drive to help the public find drop-off points, donate, volunteer and follow our impact. By using it you agree to do so lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.

We accept new, unwrapped gifts and financial donations. We reserve the right to decline items that are unsafe, unsuitable or not in keeping with the campaign. Financial donations are handled through our nominated provider; toys dropped at participating locations become the property of Christmas Toy Drive to distribute.

Organisations apply to become drop-off points and are subject to approval. Volunteers register and may be assigned shifts at our discretion. Participation does not create an employment relationship. Participants agree to follow our safeguarding and operational guidance.

Staff and portal accounts are issued by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend or remove access where necessary to protect the platform or its users.

We work hard to keep information accurate, but we do not warrant that the website is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in our charitable objects. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

We may update these terms as the campaign evolves. Material changes will be published on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
