Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: 5 October 2026 ยท This statement covers the public website and the operations console.
Our commitment
Christmas Toy Drive wants everyone to be able to use this website. We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA conformance and have designed the site with keyboard navigation, screen-reader semantics, sufficient colour contrast, reduced-motion support and clear, accessible forms.
What we do
- A "Skip to content" link on every page for keyboard users.
- Semantic landmarks, headings and form labels throughout.
- Visible focus indicators with adequate ring contrast.
- Reduced-motion respected for all decorative animation.
- Error messages associated with their fields and announced via ARIA.
- Authentication and password-recovery flows are keyboard-accessible.
Known limitations
The interactive drop-off map relies on a third-party map provider. We provide a text list of locations alongside the map as an accessible alternative. If you find a part of the site you cannot use, please tell us.
Reporting a barrier
Contact us via the Contact page and we will work to fix the issue. If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
